We are located on a surprisingly tranquil road just off Well Street yet in the middle of Hackney—a duplex on the top floors of a Victorian Mansion building.

We are within easy walking distance of Victoria Park and London Fields.

The area boasts excellent transport links, with several train stations and various day and night bus routes nearby.

Lidl is just a few minutes walk away for groceries, but there is also a huge Tesco 10 minutes away, and Hackney is known for its independent shops, eateries, and bars.

You'll be sharing this with Rory, an F1 journalist, and Juliette, a paralegal.

The first floor features two bedrooms, a spacious kitchen, a comfortable living room, and separate toilet and shower rooms.

The second floor has three additional bedrooms (Rory’s is an ensuite) and the main bathroom, which underwent a renovation last summer.

We benefit from plenty of communal space and the flat is being let including all bills (this includes broadband and a weekly cleaner).

The rooms can be available over the coming days and available fully furnished.

To be clear, we are waiting on the go-ahead from the freeholder insurer for some remedial repair works. We suffered from some leaks, which are now fixed. As such, one room of the 5 will remain unoccupied for the foreseeable future, with the larger of the two available on a sort-let basis.

We have a washer and dryer and a high-speed fibre mesh network, and our cleaner comes weekly for all communal areas.

I can offer flexibility with the deposit, either through the Zero Deposit scheme or a traditional months deposit held securely in the 'Mydeposits' scheme.
