Lovely double Ensuite in Clapton

Looking for someone to share tenancy in a flat I've lived in for a year as the live in landlord is moving out.

I'm Kim, a support worker, studying counseling, and am out of the house from Wednesday 5pm to Saturday 5pm every week, so you'll have the flat completely to yourself during that time. When I'm not at work I like singing, gym, sauna, walking in the park, coffee etc! I'm a friendly housemate and enjoy catching up and chatting, but also value alone time too.

Not a party house, but have had people over on my birthday and new years, plus like to have friends over for dinner now and then.

The flat is pretty unique and in a old art deco building. Great location, 5 minutes away from Hackney Central, and 10 minutes away from Hackney Downs station. It's very peaceful and offers lots of privacy as it's big for 2 people.

The room is a big double with lots of natural light and storage space. You have you're own bathroom, and entrance aswell as a hallway that would only be used by me if I need to use the washing machine and dryer (we have those!) In essence it's like having your own studio, with access to a lovely kitchen and big shared living room.

Looking for someone warm, friendly, clean and tidy. Someone between the ages of 29-45, open to any gender. LGBTQ friendly.

Bills are not included, but wiill include council tax at £139, electricity and gas have been around £40 during warmer months and £60 each during winter. But generally will be dependant on the packages we choose together.
