Room available in London Fields from October

A double bedroom will become available early October in our lovely two-bedroom flat.

The flat:

It has beautiful original wooden floors, high ceilings and south-facing windows, so it gets lots of light during the day! There is one bathroom to be shared between both rooms. The building is located on a quiet street and has a communal courtyard with bike storage. We're about 5 mins walk from Victoria Park, Broadway Market, and London Fields Overground station, and walking distance to Hackney Central and Bethnal Green stations.

The room:

Available early October (exact date to be confirmed). The room comes unfurnished but there might be the possibility to buy some furniture from the current flatmates. The photos of the room are from previous tenant. Rent is £977,50 plus bills (currently £131 per person). The tenancy contract will renew at the end of November, so please note that as with everywhere, the rent is likely to increase.

About me:

I'm 31 years old, French, and work in communications. I'm friendly, clean and tidy. I like photography, listening to music, exercising, cooking, plants, and I'm always up for discovering new things. I'm looking to share the flat with someone clean, tidy and considerate, who would enjoy a good chat over a glass of wine and would equally appreciate personal space and see our home as a place to rest. Ideally would prefer to share with a female. No couples, no smokers and no pets, sorry!
