5-week sublet in Hackney Houseshare

Hello!

We are subletting a small, big-windowed, fully furnished room in a Hackney house share for 5 weeks.

The facts:
- We are looking for someone to move in short-term, cover the rent & bills and have a fabulous time in Hackney for a few weeks.
- The dates can be flexible, the room is available from 10 May

The house:
Case Warneford is nicely nestled in a quiet, residential street between London Fields and Victoria Park with a 2 min walk away from Mare Street Market, 7 min walk away from Broadway Market, 9 min walk away from London Fields Overground and 12 min walk away from Bethnal Green tube station.

The house is huge, well-maintained and has a garden, a living room, a dining room, a sun room, a big kitchen, and 2.5 bathrooms. A cleaner comes every other Monday to add some sparkle (included in the bills).

The people:
We are a team of 3 professionals who live and love East London, have a UK/DE/US/Ukrainian background and are pretty laid back, active, respectful and really make this place home. Everyone has their own lives but we do enjoy some kitchen conversations, a glass of wine together or shared evenings with friends. You can get involved as much as you'd wish.
