Top floor double room in Hackney Central

Hello!

I’m moving out of my double room in Hackney Central and looking for a professional replacement tenant.

The house has a generous living space while the room comes furnished. I’ll keep the prints if you like them.

The kitchen has a washer/dryer and dishwasher.

There’s a large garden with lots of seating.

It’s a social house so it’s important that you are too. You’ll be moving in with 3 boys between the ages of 28-30. There’s a pub next door which is easily the best in London, so you’ll be well acquainted with the staff in no time. The road itself is gorgeous, and is close to Hackney Central overground, Tesco and M&S.

You’ll share a bathroom with 1 other. We get a cleaner once a fortnight.

Whilst it isn’t the biggest room in the house I think it’s the best, with amazing sunlight through the window and on the top floor.

Great transport links. Close to both Victoria Park and London Fields. It’s an amazing house in an amazing location. It’s an absolute gem.

My name will be on the contract until I can have a change of tenancy, then you can sign the dotted line. The price you see includes bills. Your flexibility may be appreciated in terms of a move-in date.
