Double room

We are looking for a new flatmate, cat-friendly because we have a cat called Smudge ☺️.

There's a nice-sized double room in Hackney Central, a 5-minute walk from the overground station, and it's surrounded by green areas (London Fields, Victoria Park, and Hackney Marshes). Shops and restaurants are very close by too.

It's a 2-floor flat. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Downstairs, we have the kitchen, a bright living room (when the sun comes out 😉), and a utility room that can be used for work or hobbies.

The room will be available from the end of setember, and we're happy to adjust if we find the right person.

The room is £800 per month some bills included, with a £500 deposit.
