It’s a 3 bed maisonette, so has an upstairs/downstairs even though it’s a flat. Living room has space for a dining table and has a juliette balcony overlooking a green square and the park.

2 mins from Lauriston Road/Victoria Park Village shops/cafes/pubs. A short walk to Bethnal Green tube and Cambridge Heath/London Fields/Homerton overground. Bus stops at the end of the road.

Kitchen with all mod cons (dishwasher, tumble dryer etc) Bath. Lots of storage space including your own bike shed if you need it.

Pictured is the smaller room which is a box room. It has a large built in desk, and can fit a small rail, and has a large cupboard for storage outside the room. It will come with a bed. It will cost £850 without bills and roughly £975 with bills.

Looking for a clean tidy professional to move in at end of September and sign on the lease. Preference is for someone that does not wfh full time.


Who you will be living with:
Myself, I’m Irish and work every day in Canary Wharf. I'm easy going and good humoured, usually out 7.30 -7.30 Mon-Friday so I like a nice clean, stress free environment to come home and chill in.


Second house mate is also Irish, early thirties and works in finance. Same chill buzz so looking for a third on a similar wave length.
Ideally looking for someone respectful and easy to get on with. Would be nice to all hang out every now and then but equally respect each other’s space etc
The location is incredible, I have loved living here as it's amazing being so close to the park, broadway market, London fields etc.

Please message me a bit about yourself, your routine, whether you WFH etc, when you can move in, and when you can view. Ideally looking to arrange viewings this Monday 26th , Tuesday 27th or Wednesday 28th august ,so please provide me with your availability as decisions need to be made by the end of this week.

With regards to WFH I don't mind if it's a couple of days but I don't want to live with someone that WFH full time so keep that in mind when messaging..

16 min walk to Mile End tube, 25 min walk to Bethnal Green tube, 5 min walk to 277 bus for anyone working in Canary Wharf.
