In June I bought a 2-bed maisonette in Hackney. I live in the flat along with a close friend of mine whom I have been renting the other room out to. Sadly, they are relocating so will be moving out sometime over the next month. As a result, I’m looking for a new housemate to take the room which is a large double bedroom with a sizable built-in wardrobe and ottoman storage bed.

The location is the perfect spot for exploring East London with Hackney, Broadway Market, Victoria Park, Well Street, and Homerton all being accessible in under a 15-minute walk. Split over two floors, being situated on the 5th and 6th (top), the flat consists of a large lounge, balcony, roof top access, a separate toilet and bathroom, and a significant amount of storage space.

A bit about me… my names Felix I’m 28, work as an Account Manager at a tech recruitment firm, 3 days in office per week, and have been living in London for about 7 years. I’m a sociable person and enjoy any opportunity to get out for a good craic with friends over a pint, to explore local food spots, or over any old activity. Equally I’m happy having a night in chatting in front of the tv, cooking for friends, or over a board game. I’m quite active, regularly playing football, squash, tag rugby, and running, and less regularly tennis, bouldering, and hiking. I’m a bit boring nowadays so I’m no longer into partying. Ideally looking for someone in a similar boat as not wanting a party/afters gaff. That being said, I still enjoy going to a good gig and to date still manage to brave at least one festival each year. As a housemate I would describe myself as very clean, considerate, and always happy to extend an invite to things.
I have enjoyed becoming friends with my housemates in the past so ideally looking for someone who is a good fit that I could do the same with here. If you like the look of the flat and the below sounds like you, please drop me a line!
