Double Room near Victoria Park

Hello! Two rooms have just become available in our lovely flat next to Victoria Park.

Room 1: £900: The room is a bright double at the rear of the property overlooking the garden, so nice and quiet. The room comes unfurnished but I would be willing to negotiate on selling some of the existing furniture to the person who takes over.

Room 2: £850: Lovely room with high ceilings and patio doors leading to the garden. This room comes unfurnished. Apologies we haven't added pictures as in the process of packing this one up.

The house is a large Victorian terrace with a garden, living room, two bathrooms (one with a bath and tropical style shower) and a large kitchen/dining room space. 3 minute walk to Victoria Park and a 5 minute walk to Homerton overground station. Buses at the bottom of the street go to Central/City and a 10 minute walk to the Adam & Eve, Chatsworth Rd, Hackney Wick and bars, restaurants, shops etc of Well Street.

Rent is paid on 22nd of each month. We have a cleaner who comes fortnightly and bills usually total around £130 each. The room is £900 pcm and deposit £1,068. There is also the option to apply for a parking permit.

Please also note that some of the existing soft furnishings and the dining table belongs to one of the flatmates moving out so we would want someone open to splitting cost of some items / if you have your own furnishings, even better!

You will be living with our lovely flatmates Tom & Omar who work in Journalism and Sales and have a mix of working from home / office and someone with similar setup would be preferable.

We’re looking for a working professional in our age range who is friendly, relaxed but also considerate, and mindful of others space :) the house is also LGBTQ+ friendly.

Planning to do viewings upcoming Sunday (29th) and Monday (30th) evenings with some flexibility next week evenings.

The process will be partly managed by the agents for references, deposit protections and tenancy assignment etc etc.
