Cozy home in Hackney

I have loved living in this flat and am sad to be moving out! Room is available Oct 20, but I am flexible on this. Room gets great light and is quiet. Shared bathroom that is big and has a bathtub. The home has a large kitchen, living room, balcony, washer and dryer, two fridges, and another bathroom. Basically a lot of space and a well maintained home that is furnished.

Looking for a person to replace me who is a good fit: wants to hang in our common areas, contributes daily to keeping the place clean, likes to go out, comfortable with having people over, is not full time remote and can pay the bills.

Roommates are two lovely women in their 30s who work full time, stay active, are very friendly and love a comfy home. We are interested in someone who is a female, in their 30s that can commit to a year. The bills outside of rent are around £100/150.

The location is perfect. Bustling community oriented area, close to Hackney Central Overground and many buses. Great shops, pubs, night life, parks, etc.
