Double room with a private bathroom (unfurnished!)

Hello, posting here as after 2 years in our lovely place, my flatmate David decided to move out on his own. I’m looking for someone great to replace him as I genuinely love this flat too much to lose it!

It’s a two-bedroom flat with a private bathroom for you (and en-suite in my room), spacey living room and a separate kitchen, all on the first floor. The room is big enough to fit a double bed, a big desk and a two-door wardrobe. The room is unfurnished but David is happy to sell the bed frame and wardrobe.

The building is super safe with surveillance and a newly installed intercom. We have a really kind and respectful neighbour community, helping each other out and ensuring it’s a nice place to live in.

We have wooden floors, a brand new washing machine and a separate tumble dryer, lots of storage room in the kitchen, fridge + freezer and an oven. *Please note that the decor will change as some of the furniture belong to David*

(Not to brag but we’ve never had any rat or mould issues - the bar is so low 🤠)

Rent: £1020 + bills

Move in date: between 29th October to 2 November

Location: 5-minute walk to the Homerton overground station (convenient commute to Highbury & Islington or Stratford), 26 and 388 buses, 15 minute walk to London Fields and 6 minutes to Victoria Park.

Shops: Big Tesco, Lidl and a few off licences

About me: I’m Aga, work in a PR agency for sustainability clients and go to the office about 2/3 days a week. I’m veggie, love running, board games, painting and cooking (occasionally throw a dinner for close friends). As much as I’m often out and about, I do love a cozy night in with a book so it’s in no way a party house. I’m easy going and friendly and would love to find someone who would take as much care of the place and make it feel like home.
