Double Bedroom London Fields

The flat is in a great location, just off Mare street and less than a 5 minute walk from Victoria Park. There’s loads of bus routes a few minutes walk away and you can get to the overground in 5 minutes and the central line in 15. The building also has bike storage in the basement.

The flat has a large open plan living space with a huge south facing balcony window that allows plenty of natural light into the space. It has lots of room to relax, a well equipped kitchen and a large dining area that is great for hosting people.

We’re looking for a third to join the flat. We are two professionals who are independent but also like spending time together in the living room watching films, sport and relaxing together. We also like going on the occasional pub trip or to a gig. We both work hybrid roles so are out of the house most of the week.

The room is unfurnished but there will likely be some furniture left behind by the flatmate moving out.

Rent is £1050 a month, paid on the 8th. The bills are around £100 a month, including energy, water, internet and council tax. Deposit is £1000.

The room is available from 9/11 but is flexible and the contract runs till August 2025.
