Flatmate Wanted - Hackney (Double Room)

Looking to fill our 3rd room from 20th November.

It’s a spacious double room in a well-furnished, sociable Hackney Central flat.

The flat is in an amazing location minutes from everything Hackney has to offer!
- just off Mare Street and less than a 5 min walk to Hackney Central station. It’s a 10 min walk to London Fields and 15 mins to Broadway Market.

- Rent is £1,050 a month, paid on the 20th. The bills are around £175 a month, including energy, water, internet and council tax. Deposit is £1183,. The room is available from 20th November and the contract runs till September 2025.

- Large open-plan kitchen and living area leading to a balcony.
- Fully equipped kitchen, broadband, washing machine, and dishwasher.
- Located in a new build with lifts, on the third floor.

The flat is bright, modern and fully furnished. It has a large open plan living space with a North facing balcony window that allows plenty of natural light in. We treat this as a shared space, so all kitchen appliances are shared.

The room itself is a great size, super bright and next to the large bathroom. It also has big built-in wardrobes. You will share the bathroom with one other flatmate.

A bit about us!

Leaving behind two friends, who work in advertising in hybrid roles, so are out of the house most of the week, but do work from home on Mondays/Fridays. Someone with a similar setup would be preferable.

They have lived together for a few years so we are looking for someone who can easily slot into their friendly dynamic. We love the flat and enjoy watching TV together and exploring Hackney. We also have our own social lives so sometimes we will be in and out of the house. We’d love someone laidback, social, clean, and respects the space. We want whoever moves in to make this flat their home.
