Double Room in friendly Hackney House

Hi!

We have a double room going in Victoria Park Village, Hackney from 15th December.

Its a 4 bed, 4 bath house a short walk from Victoria Park and Well Street Common. The room has a lot of natural light and has really calming vibe. Its a good sized double! Look bigger than the pictures.

You will share with 3 others: Cam, Greg and Marissa, all aged 30-31. We are an LGBT+ friendly house so ideally looking for a member or ally!

You will share an upstairs bathroom with 1 other housemate, whilst having a toilet opposite your room. House also has a large living room, big separate kitchen and a smallish courtyard garden. We love our home and make sure that we all keep up with the cleaning and washing up, so are looking to have a housemate who does also.

We are a social house and sometimes we’ll have the odd night out, share dinners and watch films together. We all love our chill time so do our own thing as well.
All of us are professionals working office hours and are hoping that our new housemate will respect our need for a calm, clean and harmonious home.

Rent is £733 a month.
With bills its £920/month including, twice monthly cleaner and kitty.

The room comes unfurnished with just a mattress. The housemate leaving will be selling her bed and other furniture at a great deal.
