We're moving back to Australia and need someone to take over our room until the lease ends 25th of July next year - you can extend beyond this. Move in date 23rd December.

Room is on the ground floor and has own private balcony which is large enough for a small table and chairs + good to lock a bike to.

As you can see from the photos the room has a wardrobe and small desk with a chair. We currently have the desk on the balcony and are happy to leave our curtain rails + rugs in the room if you'd like. Plus any other bits of furniture you want to keep (ie. chest of drawers, black shelving).

There is an option to move in slightly earlier than the 23rd.

Shared kitchen and bathroom with an additional separate toilet. Fast wifi, council tax and a monthly cleaner included. Only bills that are additional is gas which is typically £20 a month.

Location is brilliant, 10 minute walk to London Fields and 14 minute walk to Hackney Central & Victoria Park
