Looking for a fun, chilled & easy going new housemate to join our Hackney home.

A little about the flat..

It’s a 3 bedroom, 2-story, ground floor maisonette located in the heart of Victoria Park village in East London. Sandwiched between two great pubs: The Hemingway and The Lauriston and with bakeries and shops only 2 min away, the location is 10/10. Needless to say Victoria Park is literally a 1 min walk away. 5ks all day!! 🥴

The flat has a spacious living room, kitchen, small garden area and two toilets. It’s a little rough around the edges but we look after the space and it feels homey. Obviously the price helps..

A bit about the room…

Located on the second floor, the room is situated at the back of the property. Tonnes of natural light and neutral walls means it feels airy, clean and basically an all round vibe. Wood floors, shelving, wardrobe, and chest of drawers, it has everything you need.

About me (Courtney)…

I’ve lived here for nearly 6 years (wild) and tbh, the room size, location and garden etc etc are too lit to pass up. I’m from Lowestoft originally, lived in Aberdeen and now call London home. Anywayyyy.. I work at Boiler Room - love the occasional night out but usually only ever an event or to see someone play; something that’s worth the hangover. Love a festival - praying for Glasto tickets! I’m super chilled, have a busy life but keeping it zen in the house is a must.

About Dodds…

I’ve lived in the house nearly two years. I found out about the place as Courts and I have mutual friends, so often a big group of us will go out etc, likely ending up in Night Tales or somewhere else passable. I’m from Sheffield originally, support Newcastle though 🫶 I work in logistics out West, so I’m often in the office and home to chill in the evenings. I’m pretty active, I love to run, go gym, watch football, go pub - usual things.

Who we’re looking for…

We’re looking for someone who is busy and has their own life but who is down to chill together in the evenings, go occasional pub, night out and all that jazz. Important that you’re clean, tidy and like to live in a nice environment. If you’re into the gym, bonus points from Dodds. No work from home full timers please, nothing deep, just want to keep it feeling like a home. Hybrids, come on through.
