Double Room / Entire Flat for February Sublet

Hi! I’m looking for someone to sublet the double room in my fully furnished 2 bed flat in February for 1 month. It’s a bright room with a private bathroom in a newer build flat.

I’ll be away travelling for the month so you’ll have the flat entirely to yourself during that time. Start and end date of the full sublet is flexible, but ideally looking for 1 month maximum stay.

The flat has an amazing central location in Hackney, with close proximity to Islington, London Fields, De Beauvoir, Dalston, Shoreditch, Hoxton and Haggerston. It offers rapid transport connections to central London - 10 min bus to Liverpool Street Station (Elizabeth Line, Central etc access), 5-10 min walk to Hoxton or Haggerston overground stations, 13 min bus or 24 min walk to Old Street underground.

I have 2 extremely cute and friendly cats at the property. I’m ideally looking for someone who would be open to caring for the cats (who are very low maintenance) while I’m away i. e. food, water etc.

The cost includes all bills.
