Double Room for April / May Sublet

Hi! I’m looking for someone to sublet the double room in my fully furnished 2 bed flat in April/May (flexibility for start in March). It’s a bright room with a private bathroom in a newer build flat.

I’ll actually be away travelling from 19th April - 5th May, so you’ll have the flat entirely to yourself during that time.

The flat has an amazing central location in Hackney, with close proximity to Islington, London Fields, De Beauvoir, Dalston, Shoreditch, Hoxton and Haggerston. It offers rapid transport connections to central London - 10 min bus to Liverpool Street Station (Elizabeth Line, Central etc access), 5-10 min walk to Hoxton or Haggerston overground stations, 13 min bus or 24 min walk to Old Street underground.

I have 2 extremely cute and friendly cats at the property. I’m ideally looking for someone who would be open to caring for the cats (who are very low maintenance) while I’m away i. e. food, water etc.

The cost includes all bills.
