A lovely double room is available in a spacious 4 bedroom 3 bathroom house minutes walk from Well Street Common and Victoria Park, with lots of lovely pubs, coffee shops, and bakeries.

It is a 10-minute walk to Homerton overground station and a 15-minute walk to London Fields or Hackney Central station. The N26 night bus stop is a couple of minutes away and there are many other bus routes close by offering good access to central London (Bus routes 277, 425, and 26 are a couple of minutes walk away).

THE ROOM
The room to rent is a double bedroom with high ceilings, situated at the front of the house on the second level. The room comes with a bed, desk, and drawers. Outside the room is a little hallway with a spacious wardrobe and storage. The bathroom is shared with one guy.

THE HOUSE
Situated on Killowen Road, this is a classic Victorian terrace house located on a quiet tree-lined street. It was fully refurbished a few years ago to a high standard with a modern kitchen and modern bathrooms. The house is built over 3 stories with a large separate kitchen/diner with all modern conveniences, a good sized separate living space, 3 bathrooms, as well as a lovely east-facing garden that is great to hang out in and have BBQs. The front of the house is west-facing, so the stoop is the perfect place to soak up the evening sun with a cold drink and watch people come and go.

BILLS
Bills come to about £135 per month and this includes super-fast Sky broadband, Sky TV, a cleaner (twice a month), council tax, gas, electricity, and water.

THE HOUSEMATES
You’ll be sharing with three fantastic and considerate housemates; two girls and one guy, in their thirties and early forties. They work in healthcare, cinema, and production, and have a wide range of interests. It is a very relaxed and harmonious household where we've all got our own thing going on but get along well, respect each other and try to keep the place clean, welcoming and homely!

THE AREA
The house is located between Well Street Common and Well Street (eastern part), close to all your required amenities. Two excellent pubs, great cafes, Well Street Pizza, and a large Tesco are all a few minutes walk away. The house is a stone’s throw away from the beautiful Victoria Park and is conveniently situated near lots of transport options.

YOU
We're looking for someone who is easy going, friendly, and tidy and thinks they will fit in with the mix here. Ideally you're flexible with the move-in date and would consider mid January.
