The flat is bright, modern and fully furnished. It has a large open plan living space with a North facing balcony window that allows plenty of natural light in. We treat this as a shared space, so all kitchen appliances are shared.

The room itself is a good size, super bright and has an en-suite. It also has a spacious built-in wardrobe. It comes unfurnished apart from the bed.

A bit about us!

We are two friends, who work in marketing in hybrid roles, so are out of the house most of the week. We do work from home on Mondays/Fridays, so someone with a similar setup would be preferable.

We have lived together for a few years so we are looking for someone who can easily slot into our friendly dynamic. We love the flat and enjoy watching TV together and exploring East London. We also have our own social lives so sometimes we will be in and out of the house. We’d love someone laidback, social, clean, and respects the space. We want whoever moves in to make this flat their home.
