Large double room in Homerton / 1 month let

Letting my room from 1st Feb - 26th Feb as I’ll be travelling for work. Total price is £860 (all bills included).
Can be slightly flexible a night or two extra around those dates if needed.

The flat is a 4 bed and is round the corner from Homerton station (about 3 mins walk) and 12 mins from Hackney Central. It’s right by Lower Clapton and Chatsworth Road, Well St and close to Victoria Park.
Co-op is a minute out the door, big Tesco about 8 mins away and some nice pubs and restaurants right down the road.

You’d be sharing with 3 lovely girls in their mid/late twenties. Looking for someone similar - female, mid twenties to early 30s - who is easy going and friendly. We like to keep the place a homely, cosy vibe, so please keep the party outside the flat 😘
2 housemates work from home on a Monday and Friday, so ideally you wouldn’t on those days - just means WiFi is more stretched.

The room is spacious and the kitchen/living room + bathroom are a good size too.
Living room furnishings are slightly different now - haven’t had a chance to take a new pic yet.
