I’m looking for a housemate to move in with my cat Alfie and I. We are looking for someone sociable and caring. Someone that values living in a home, ideally suitable for someone that works out of the house during the week, but not a necessity.

We live 3 minutes from Hackney Central stations and 1 minute from the big Tesco. Location wise it’s amazing with loads of great food and bars around.

I’m 36 years old, my politics lean to the left and I care about community and shared values. I treat my home like a sanctuary and would like to share the space with someone with similar values. I love a good party on the weekends, but rarely host, more likely to host the odd dinner, I love music and have an extensive record collection and beautiful hifi set up.

Flat has 200gb fibre optic broadband, is fully furnished with loads of storage, very warm/effecient, dishwasher, washer/dryer, air fryer recently refurbished kitchen, underfloor heating throughout, and is finished to a very high standard.

There is a concierge in the building and bicycle storage.

Also open to short term, and with the potential of long term if we’re a good fit.
