En Suite double in large 2 bed in Hackney Central

I’m Alex, I’m 36 and looking for someone to share my home. short or long term. My politics lean to the left, I’m caring, open and community driven. I like to treat my home like a sanctuary. I would like to share with someone with similar values. I am sociable like to party on the odd weekend but I rarely host, more likely to have the odd dinner party. I love food and love to cook.

I also share with my gorgeous cat called Alfie, who is a very affectionate and fun Abyssinian.

The room is a large en suite furnished with a really nice bed/mattress and a large built in wardrobe and chest of drawers.

The rest of the flat is vast with huge windows and high ceilings, loads of storage, recently refurbished kitchen, underfloor heating throughout, loads of natural light and plants. Dishwasher, washer/dryer 200gb fibre optic broadband. Beautiful sound system and I have a large record collection.

The flat is well soundproofed so don’t hear any noise from the neighbours, who are all lovely.

We live 3 minutes from Hackney Central station, 1 minute from the large Tesco. Loads of great bars/restaurants all around.

I am open to short term or long term, I’d consider a couple but would need to start on trial basis and see how we fit. The price would also need to be adjusted
