SUBLET. London Fields. 1/9/25-14/11/25

Hello!

We have a room becoming available for a two and a half month sublet (1st September 25- 14th November 25) in our gorgeous warehouse conversion in London Fields, Hackney.
The room is available from the 1st of September.
- All bills are inclusive, including fast broadband, heating and water.
The room has large windows on the wall side. Furnished with a bed and drawers.

The warehouse is full of all hard-working professionals in the creative industry.

The Space

Very big and bright converted Victorian warehouse. Full to the gills of plants and art, located in Enterprise House, a sought-after live/work building in a fantastic location, right beside London Fields and Broadway Market, a really social and popular area.

The space is warm, bright and we are a great bunch who all get on well together and are enjoying some of us working from home.

We are really social together but also appreciate our own quiet time. We have two living rooms and one rather large bathroom with a shower bath. We have a cleaner that comes once a week. The kitchen has two cookers and the dining room is located in a broken down elevator.
