Looking To Secure Flat in Hackney ASAP

Hi! We're both working at Amazon; I'm a software developer and Germán is in sales. We enjoy going for runs, playing padel, going to the pub, playing sports, travelling, language learning, but also enjoy chilling out, for example a movie night in.

We're looking for a respectful and tidy roommate who we can hang out with and do stuff together.

There's a flat in central Hackney that we're interested in. We are searching for a long-term third roommate to take one room, and also someone to sublet Germán's room for a few months as his current lease isn't up yet.
