Double room and family vibes from mid January

Hi there!

We’ve got a lovely spacious setup becoming available in our friendly, social home where we all get along like a little family. We are 3 friends in our early 30s, myself an outgoing sustainable consultant, Bruce our family glue film professional and Abdul a relaxed finance professional. We love meeting in the kitchen and catching up as well as organizing day outs, weekend activities and meals together.

The space is actually two rooms, a bedroom and a separate study, perfect if you work from home or just want some extra space. But note it is unfurnished!

You’ll be sharing a bathroom, the house has a lovely living room, an additional toilet and a peaceful garden, great for relaxing or catching some sun, and also bbqs in the summer of course.

We’re in an amazing location, less than 5 minutes’ walk to amazing Victoria Park, with loads of local coffee and food spots nearby.

We’re looking for ideally a girl to keep a balance, someone very easy-going, respectful and social who’ll fit in well with the vibe here. Its got to be someone with an office job at least 2-3 times a week and someone who is very clean as we are. Ps. a different room in the house may be available instead of the 2 small rooms, but all rooms are super spacious.
