Our housemate is moving out to go travelling, which means a double bedroom is becoming available in our 4-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom house in Homerton.
**About the house**
The house is less than a 10-minute walk from Homerton Overground Station, Hackney Marshes, and Chatsworth Road, which has a lovely community cinema (The Castle), great cafés, and a Sunday market. Victoria Park is also just a 15-minute walk away.
You’d be living with three flatmates from different countries, aged between 32 and 36. We all have our own lives that keep us busy, but we also enjoy socialising together and having a friendly atmosphere at home. We all contribute to making the house feel like a home, including sharing the responsibility of keeping it clean and tidy.
**About the room**
The available room is one of the two smaller bedrooms (and the price reflects this). It comes part-furnished.
**The rent**
Rent is currently £785 per month.
Bills are around £145 per month in summer and £172 in winter, including the cleaner, TV licence, internet, council tax and water. The difference between summer and winter is mainly due to energy and gas usage, which varies depending on the season.
The security deposit is £877.
