Bright, Spacious Flat in Clapton (E5)

Hello! We have a couple of different options available for our lovely, light-filled two-bedroom flat in Clapton:

1. Short-term sublet: We’re subletting the whole 2-bed flat while we’re away travelling, from around September to November, with some flexibility if you need a few extra weeks.

2. Permanent room: We’re also looking for someone who may want to take one of the rooms on a longer-term basis once we return. From next year, we expect to be out of London for around six months each year, so you’d have the flat mostly to yourself during that time. For the other six months, you’d be sharing with me (30 - working for a charity), my boyfriend Damien (32 - works in tech), and our sweet little 1.5-year-old Cavapoo, Nala. We’re happy to discuss the details and find an arrangement that works well for everyone.

Little extra about us: we are both from NZ/Aus and love all the normal things like good coffee shops, chatting over a wine/beer, walks and hikes, yoga, new dinner spots, TV nights in, and travelling around Europe with Nala (which is where we'll be 50% of the time).

The flat is bright, fully furnished, and very spacious, right on Chatsworth Road and moments from great pubs, cafés, bakeries, and the weekend market. Millfields Park and Hackney Marshes are also just around the corner, and getting to London Fields and Victoria Park is a 25 min walk.
