The flat comes fully furnished, and the kitchen is fully fitted with everything you need including a knife set and a Nespresso machine.

Water, fibre broadband, gas and electricity bills will be in my name and I will recharge back to you. I used to keep council tax in my own name and recharge as well, but Hackney Council has changed their policy on landlords recharging for council tax so tenants are best to register for this themselves. These bills come to £225-£275 depending on usage and includes council tax. If you are a student you can reduce council tax to £0 by registering for the discount - this cuts the bills in half.
