Broadway Market — Double Bedroom!

I’m looking for a kind, considerate flatmate (who values cleanliness and has good politics!) to come live with me in a 2 bedroom flat which has been my home since 2019!

Room available from Oct 1st!

The flat is south facing so lots of light and has nice floors, with a living room and a balcony

Location: just off Broadway Market & close to London fields (regent’s canal, victoria park, dalston and shoreditch all within walking distance!) with good transport links too (buses and Hoxton or Haggerston overground/central line via Bethnal Green)

• Home for me is really a place to chill and unwind, I mostly socialize outside of the house so would work best for someone who is similar. def not party house

• preferably no full time WFH! No pets and no couples — sorry! Smoking allowed outside only!

• Students very welcome to apply but must be willing to split council tax!

• The landlord usually requires that the prospective flatmate has a UK guarantor unless you can prove income etc :)
