Broadway Market — Double Bedroom!

Hi ! I’m looking for a new flatmate to come live with me in a 2 bedroom flat next to Broadway Market, which I’ve been in since 2019! I’m looking for someone: kind, considerate, tidy, respectful and who has good politics 🍉

The landlord requires tenants to have an income of rent share (£1050) x 12 x 2.5 OR a UK based guarantor :)


Location: just off Broadway Market & close to London fields (regent’s canal, victoria park, and shoreditch all within walking distance!) with good transport links too (buses and Hoxton or Haggerston overground/central line via Bethnal Green)


Vibe:

• I mostly socialize outside of the house so would work best for someone who is similar! def not party house — home for me is really a place to chill and unwind

• preferably no full time WFH! No pets and no couples — sorry! Smoking allowed outside only (there is a balcony)

• Students very welcome to apply but must be willing to split council tax (£145 total, £72 p/p without student discount)
