I am looking to rent my lovely flat for 1 month, from 29th of November to the 5th of January. It is a 2-bed flat and I plan to move my belongings to the 2nd bedroom that now is used as an office.
The main bedroom has a double ottoman bed, a large wardrobe and a chest of drawers.
About me: You will have a flat all for yourself, I will only need to access the 2nd bedroom to repack my suitcase on 15-17 of December, that’s why a friendly price. I am a 39-year-old female professional, working in financial services.
Please contact me if you are responsible and clean individual who may be interested in a short term rent in this lovely location. This is a holiday season, but this is not a party property - there are only a few apartments in the building, and all the neighbours are very respectful.
Please note this is a no-drug, no-smoking, no-party property. There is new wooden flooring installed, so no shoes indoors! I have put a lot of effort to make this place cozy and homey and I would like you treat it with care, too. If you are looking for a homey, chilled space, please contact me!
Neighbourhood: the heart of Hackney with a short distance walk to London Fields/Broadway Market, Stoke Newington, Hackney Central, Dalston and Clapton. The Hackney Downs Park is 1 min away.
A security deposit will be required. Bills come at around £270. Smart meter is installed so we pay only for what we use.
