My name is Ben and my longterm housemate is moving out of our property. The property is arranged over 3 floors, including a very well stocked kitchen with large dining table and high quality cooker, spacious living room, multiple outdoor areas (with a large BBQ and outdoor seating) and a newly fitted bathroom alongside second WC.
The bedroom is on the top floor and comes furnished with a double bed, clothes hanger, desk and chest of draws. The house has a nice homely feel throughout, as we've spend several years living here and decorated it well!
You'll be moving in with me and Ross. Both work full-time and live busy lives but enjoying hanging in the house and local area. We both occasionally work from home too, with all bedrooms having strong wifi and working space to make this possible!
The property is located about a 10 minute walk from Hackney Central, Hackney Downs and Homerton Station. Sandwiched between Urswick Road and Chatsworth Road, there are endless nice bars, restaurants and activities in the local area.
We're looking for a fun, kind, easy going and respectful housemate to join our home. The room is available from the end of August, exact move in date can be flexible.
