Amazing Room in 4 Bed Shared Duplex Flat!!

We are looking for a friendly, respectful and easy going new housemate to join this beautiful shared flat at the beginning of September. I will be moving out as I have a new job in Paris and am very sad to leave this amazing flat.

It is a very spacious four bed flat share with two bathrooms and one toilet. There is a large shared downstairs living room, kitchen and balcony, with a dishwasher. All 4 bedrooms are situated upstairs with plenty of storage space. The room available comes with a shared bathroom, split between three people and a downstairs toilet. This is a relatively new build and comes with underfloor heating for in winter.

The flat is in a great location in Hackney Central:
- 10 mins walk away from Hackney Central/ Downs station
- 15 mins walk away from London Fields

The room:
- Fully furnished with double bed
- Walk in wardrobe

You will be living with the wonderful Sophie, Tom and Faris! Sophie is an amazing illustrator and works for Good house keeping. Tom works for Google and loves playing piano. Faris works for Supreme and loves running. Everyone is super friendly and chilled. We all have our own lives but love to come together every now and then for a cup of tea, movie or a drink.

We are looking for:
- Someone kind and friendly
- Clean, considerate, and up to occasionally hanging out but also happy to do there own thing.

Rent and Bills:
- Rent for the room £967 + plus bills. All bills are split equally.
- Bills vary depending on time of year but are normally about £100 per month and slightly less in summer. These include wifi, council tax, energy, water and a cleaner.
- We have a lovely cleaner that comes in twice a month
- Deposit is actually £1500 at the moment.
