Spacious double room, bigger than photos. Hackney

Looking for a mature, independent, responsible, social, and cat-friendly flatmate to join our home. This isn’t a party house (though we’re up for the occasional gathering). Partners, family, and friends are welcome, of course!

The available room is a double in Hackney Central, just a 5-minute walk from the Overground station and surrounded by green spaces like London Fields, Victoria Park, and Hackney Marshes. Shops and restaurants are also close by.

The flat is split over two floors:
Upstairs has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, while downstairs features a kitchen, a bright living room (when the sun’s out!), and a utility room that can be used for work, studying, hobbies, or drying clothes.

The available room is a good size, with a double bed and plenty of storage. (Apologies for the photos—it looks smaller because we were trying to capture the whole space!)

The room will be available from the 1st of december, but we’re happy to be flexible for the right person.
The contract is rolling, so short-term stays are welcome too!

Rent is £900 per month + £100 for bills, with a one-month deposit.
