Double Room for rent in Hackney

We're looking for a new flatmate to join our friendly 3 bedroom flat in Hackney, as our current housemate Joanna is moving abroad to study a masters.

The available room is a bright double that looks directly onto Well Street Common. There is ample space for a desk if you need to work from home.

The flat itself is fairly spacious with a large living room and a balcony that gets lots of sun! Location is great, close to Victoria Park. Nearest tube station is Homerton, a 10 min walk away, and there multiply bus routes to central passing close by.

You'd be sharing with James 26 and Phil 23. We're a sociable but easy going household. We enjoy a pub quiz or a night out but also respect each others downtime.
