I’m looking for someone to move into my lovely double room available immediately in our 3-bedroom flat located in a prime spot – right between Homerton, London Fields, and Victoria Park. It’s an ideal location with amazing access to everything East London and Hackney has to offer and is close to 2 stations, Homerton and London Fields as well as being right by a bus stop.

The rent is £920 - the contract is until March 2026 with the option to extend.

I am moving back to live with my family so can be flexible with move in dates but would ideally have someone move in by the 15th of September.

We’re looking for someone clean, considerate, and easygoing – preferably a female housemate who is over the age of 25 (no couples unfortunately). The vibe of the house is easy going and chill, we have dinner and watch tv together from time to time but also respect each other’s space and independence.
