Both myself and my housemate Ronan are sadly moving out of this wonderful home, so we’re looking for two new people to join our housemates, Katy and Ruth.

Room 1 available: 27th September
Room 2 available: Week of 6th October

The rooms:
- £567 p/m each, not incl. bills – possibly the best bargain in East London?!
- Double rooms with high ceilings.
- Big windows which get plenty of natural light.
- Both rooms are unfurnished (bed frames may be available to purchase if desired).

The house:
- 4-story house.
- Large basement living room (amazing in the heatwave – always cool!).
- Spacious kitchen.
- Shared bathroom with bath and shower (it’s huge, and there’s never been an issue waiting to use it).
- SW-facing sunny back garden.
- Lots of storage throughout the house.
- Secure bike shed.
- Cleaner comes weekly.
- Rooms are spread across the 4 floors so there’s plenty of privacy and it never feels crowded.

The location:
- Just off the fabulous Victoria Park Village with cafés, pubs, restaurants and independent shops.
- Lovely quiet road – doesn’t feel like you’re in Hackney!
- 5 min walk to Victoria Park.
- 5 min walk to big Tesco and Lidl.
- 5–10 min walk to London Fields Overground.
- 12 min walk to Homerton Overground.

The housemates:
- Katy and Ruth, both working professionals.
- Friendly, relaxed, and respectful – love a kitchen chat but also very independent.
- Bills are shared equally, with each housemate responsible for one.

We’re looking for someone who:
- Is clean and tidy.
- Is respectful of everyone in the house.
- Is a working professional.
- Preferably late 20's or 30 and over (please don’t reach out if you’re not around this age!).
- Not too noisy or a party animal (we’re fun, but not wild!).
