-5 min walk from London fields and broadway market and an 18 min walk Victoria park (which you can walk to via regents canal).
-Very quiet and gentle area with lots of cool coffee shops and bakeries…ALOT.
-Current flatmates are a very lovely couple in their mid 20s.
Could write about this place all day, but more to the point, I unfortunately have to leave London due to a sick family member. I’m gutted to leave this flat and area but I know someone else will now get to enjoy it:)
Flat was originally unfinished but have furnished it with stylish pieces that can stay if needed.
5 weeks rent for deposit:)
Have paid rent for September so if you move in before October, you can get a few weeks free rent.
