Beautiful, bright double room available in Hackney

Hi, we have a gorgeous double room (king size bed) avaibale in Well Street Hackney, my partner and I are here on and off, and move between here, Margate and Ireland, so there will be periods of time we're away and the whole place will be to yourself! I'm away a lot of weekends,

We're over two floors, with big living room, big kitchen, bathroom and sunny outdoor roof garden on the 1st floor and two bedrooms on the second floor.

Its a very chilled flat, no parties and we will occasionally work from home, but there is a little office on the very top floor that we'll sometimes use. You're welcome to use the flat to work from also - there a table in the living room / and kitchen. There is a gorgeous sunny outside area - amazing for coffee and breakfast on sunny days.

Ideally I'm looking for a relaxed considerate person, looking for a chilled beautiful flat in fun and vibrant Hackney/ Homerton! I work a lot, so when I'm here I'll often be buried in projects, I'm super friendly and chatty, but take a lot of time to myself - just with work being so busy, so if you're after a really sociable house and lots of hanging out, this may not be the one.

At the moment this is just for an initial short let, but could extend longer. There is some flexibility for the length of let, but really looking at 1-2 months to start off, it would have to be managed on a month by month with two months notice, just to stay in line with our lease, I have been here for years and have no desire to move and the landlord is great.

The room is bright and early at the back of the building so nice and quiet, there is a tv mounted on the wall, in built storage and a King sized bed.

Our current lodgers trip is coming to an end at the end of June, we have a few things to manage at the start of July, so the space will be free from mid / late July.
