We're looking for a new flatmate for our share house in Lower Clapton! Down to earth, enjoys a hang out, into having a dog hanging out with us once a week, and respectful
About the room:
High ceilings, built in storage, bed and mattress comes with the room, built in desk. Big windows and afternoon sun.
About the flat:
Three bathrooms in the house total. This room shares with one other (great water pressure)
Open plan kitchen and living room with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.
Separate living room at the front of the house as well! Outdoor area and of course LGBTQ+ friendly!
About the flatmates:
Living with four others, all working professionals! Clean, considerate, we often go to gigs or the pub together if everyone feels up to it, but all operate on their own schedules as well. Friendly, clean, and all down to have a catchup when time permits! Not a big party house but a glass of wine in the evening never goes amiss.
Bills;
Internet is included, council tax is about 30GBP each month, water and electricity depend in the season, between 50 and 150!
Deposit s split evenly between all of us, and will be 1300 through a deposit secure agency.
