Hiya! I'm Gavin, and I'm looking for a decent, friendly person to share my lovely Dalston home.

The room in the pictures has been decorated since these photos and now has wooden flooring. I cant take new pics as my current flatmate is still here.

About Me
I am a psychologist working with the street homeless, and I also study on the weekends. I'm laid-back, easy to talk to, and very into spiritual practices like yoga and meditation. It’s really important to me that you feel at home here—I want us to share the space as equals, rather than you feeling like I'm just the landlord.

The Room & Flat
The flat is in a beautiful 3-story Victorian building with a front garden and secure, gated private parking at the rear (perfect if you drive!).

The Room: The room is fully furnished and a good size with great natural light. It has just been painted and fitted with new wood flooring, but feel free to decorate and make it your own!

The Flat: We have a brand-new, recently fitted kitchen and bathroom. The flat has all the appliances you would need including tumble dryer.

The Location
We are in a fantastic part of Dalston, just behind London Fields:

1-min walk to Hackney Downs station (takes you straight into Liverpool Street).

5-min walk to Hackney Central or Dalston Junction Overground stations.

About You
I’m looking for a clean, kind, and laid-back tenant for a long-term let (minimum 1 year). Most importantly, you must love animals—you'll be sharing the space with my cat, Bonny, and my puppy, Lakshmi!
