Hackney Flat Close to London Fields

Hi,

I am moving out to go travelling and i looking for someone to replace me in a lovely 3 bed flat approximately 5 minutes walk from London Fields Station and Broadway Market. The flat is spacious with plenty of communal space. We have a cleaner who comes every other week so the house is kept pretty clean. The room up for grabs is a double bed with mountains of storage in the built in wardrobes.

My flat mates are lovely and really welcoming. One is a fashion designer/artists with her own studio in Hackney Wick. The other is a mature student studying art at Chelsea College of art.

They are looking for someone relaxed, easy to live with and preferably in the creative industry although that isn't a deal breaker as i worked in construction.

Unfortunately the house isn't really geared up with WFH so they would prefer if that was limited to only the odd day a month.

Bills are not included in the price but come to £150-200 depending on the month.
