Description
We're looking for a flatmate to take over my room for the last two months of our lease, because I'm moving in with my partner.
The flat is in a great location, right by Lidl, between London Fields and Victoria Park. The living room is huge, and really nice, but doesn't get much natural light (big window, but it looks onto a 'light-shaft', e. g. faces onto another building). The place is pretty quiet, which is nice, and my flatmates are lovely - social, and happy to hang out, but work during the week, and happy to do their own thing too (and they're clean!). The flat needs to be quiet after 11 on a weeknight (because of work), and we have only had 2 parties since we moved in last year, but having friends over is obviously fine. Smoking is fine, although not in the flat (there's a roof you can go on, which is cool, and a fire-escape). There's room in the hall to store bikes too.
IMPORTANT INFO:
- The room has a boiler in it - not loud, but does make a noise when water is being heated, so important to know!
- While there's plenty of storage (chest of drawers, multiple clothes rails both in the room and out, boxes under the bed and in hall), there is no wardrobe! The cupboard in the room has the boiler in it, and has
- I'll take all my stuff with me, but will leave all the furniture including the desk - and if you want me to leave things like blankets, lamps, rug etc, then you can just let me know (I can even leave my guitar, if you play, and will be careful with it!)
Council tax : Band C
