Double Room in Flat with Garden in Hackney

I am advertising a double room in a basement flat 5 minute walk from hackney central.
The flat is open plan with a large combined kitchen/living room. There is a very nice, mature garden which the room opens directly on to. There is decking and seating at the back and a hammock.
The flat has a nice bathroom renovated three years ago.

The room is a good sized double. There is a bed, chest of drawers, built in desk, shelves, chair and bedside table allready in there. I have put 2 photos from now, and one from when it was occupied onto spareroom. I am getting it professionally cleaned tommorow.

General flat amenities include a projector, sound system, washer, tumble dryer and coffee machine. I have a study in the third room, so there is plenty of space.

I am a 33 year old doctor. I am starting a busy job at a hospital in North London, so I will be staying there every few weeks. I am the landlord so am allways fixing and sorting things. Very happy for you to do any decorations and modifications to the room as requred. I have put bills included, the only additional thing would be that I want to get a cleaner every 2 weeks (so may be an extra 50/60 per month for that).

I am looking for someone who is chilled, fun and easy to live with. Im keen to do fun stuff around hackney and london, and I would be very happy for you to have people over, and use the space for gatherings/dinners/parties.
