X2 double rooms for rent in Hackney house share

We are x2 females (Lisa & Millie) in a 4 bed house looking for x2 new housemates to start our renewed tenancy at the start of November. We are aged early thirties working in fashion and veterinary, looking for two new housemates share our beautiful Hackney house share.
Looking for x2 girls of similar ages (30+).
We like to keep the house as a home and hang out over tea/wine and house dinners but also do our own thing as well. We are looking for two new housemates who are sociable and fun but also chilled out and willing to partake in our summer dinners/drinks in our beautiful spacious garden! (Also green fingers are a bonus)
We are both vegetarian (but not preachy) and the house is LGBTQ friendly of course :)

The house itself is a large semi-detached house with a spacious kitchen, living room, large bathroom & additional downstairs toilet and a big garden that gets lots of sun.
It is a 5-minute walk to Hackney Central and 8 minutes to Homerton overground (and a two second walk to our favourite pub The Chesham Arms- 10 steps away) and there are loads of bus connections too. We are within walking distance of loads of great cafes and bars, as well as London fields and Broadway market, Victoria Park and Chatsworth road.

We have been here for quite a few years and love this house/street. There is a great sense of community here on the street with street parties in the summer etc. Also Bohemia place is a 2 minute walk around the corner with many bars, events and food markets.


Move in date is 10th of November which is when the new tenancy commences. This is through an agency so agency checks will be needed at the point of renewing in November this is managed by an agency so reference checks and deposit will be required (please note the reference checks will not accept anyone who is on probation period of a new job or students - very annoying we know).

Rent for the smaller room before bills is £905 a month and the deposit is £1153.75.
Rent for the larger room is £1009 before bills with same deposit of £1153.75. Both rooms get great light. The house is spread over four floors with the smaller one is on the middle floor and larger on top floor.
Both rooms comes partly furnished/unfurnished as you wish :)
