I'm fairly busy with my own bits and respect other people's space but equally would quite like to share the space with someone who doesn't mind a good natter or popping out for a local beer/walk.
What I am looking for in a housemate:
• Friendly and outgoing
• Clean and considerate
• Wants a chilled home environment i. e. Not looking to host parties/afters
• Ideally aged 26 to 35
• Earning over 2.5x rent
