My friend Konrad and I are looking to find two awesome people (or couples) to fill the remaining rooms on the lease we’ve just secured. We’ve recently relocated to London from Australia (Sydney/Melbourne) 🫶
It’s a 5 bedroom + (large) study warehouse conversion apartment. 3 bathrooms. Super spacious, each bedroom is at least 4x4m, with some going up to nearly 5x5m. Second floor. We’re waiting for a (male) friend of a friend to view the apartment and confirm his spot, hence advertising two rooms at this time!
A bit about us:
- I work in the music industry/tech
- Konrad also works in tech
- Socialising - love. Down time - also love.
- A shared appreciation of music, and a mixed level of skill when it comes to playing (Konrad - amazing dj).
- Love hosting dinner parties, having friends over, going out to dinners, gigs
- We’ll have travel plans to make the most of Ryanair and such as
- ClassPass lessgo. Housemate group yoga/pilates if you’re up for it.
We’re hoping to build a beautiful community that feels like home 🫶 The communal space is large, and we’re hoping to make it a gorgeous, plant-filled space we’ll want to spend time together in.
We’re looking for you to be in your late 20s/early-mid 30s, like us. You’re social, up for a chat, happy to spend time together and are housetrained by this age.
