It’s a grogeous huge room in London Fields in a shared flat with 4 others.
5 mins from Victoria park and 5 mins from London Fields overground.
Rent is 1000 per month plus 100 for bills per month whilst I’m away.
Room will be furnished and have a few of my things in but all the storage empty for clothes etc.
The room has a lovely big desk, sofa and loads of light so perfect for working from as well.
Flat mates are between 27 and 33 and all working In different areas. It’s a sociable flat and we often have evenings together but do our own thing too.
I’m hoping to rent the room out by the 14th October and be away for at least 4 months with the potential to extend.
I’ll be hosting viewings to meet the flat mates and see the space ASAP so please get in touch to arrange,
