London fields new one bed

Leaving a lovely 1 bedroom top floor flat with a balcony based right in-between London fields and Victoria park.

It’s a new build on top of existing flats and it’s really well furnished/basically new.

I am leaving the lease 6 months early so you would be taking that over and there will be the option to renew after 6 months. The landlord and letting agent are really helpful with any issues but that is a rare.

The flat comes with an ottoman storage bed, and a dining table.

Everything else has been furnished by myself and I’m needing to going to sell that to the next occupants including a new sofa, two large drawers, TV unit, coffee tables, and desk. I’ll be asking £700 for all the furniture (bought for 1.5k). Will prefer and prioritise someone taking the furniture!

Total costs:
Rent: £1700 month
Deposit: £1961.54 paid directly to the landlord
Furniture: £700, can negotiate.

Move in date is from the 5th onwards. Can negotiate slightly earlier if needed.
