Large furnished room - bed, wardrobe, side tables and desk - room with ensuite. New build flat with three bedrooms and two bathrooms total. Open plan kitchen (incl dishwasher) and living area, balcony, and separate laundry area. Building has a roof terrace, lift and bike storage.

The flat is just of Well Street where there are some great cafes, Paulies Bagels and restaurants. About 10-15 mins walk to the south is Victoria Park (and the Village with Pophams, pubs, etc.). London Fields and Broadway market is about a 10min walk west. To the north about 15-20mins walk is Clapton, including Chatsworth Rd with lots of cute cafes, restaurants and a market, and Hackney Downs Park with more delish places to visit.

Well connected by London Fields overground to Liverpool Street, Homerton overground to Stratford/Highbury and Islington, and bus

£1,300 per month including bills/internet and household basics

Living with two housemates. Margie and Shannon, both Australian, professionals and in early 30s. In their spare time they like Pilates, restaurants / cooking, travelling and gigs. Margie will be away for the month of December.
