We have a large double room available in our LGBTQ+ friendly converted warehouse near London Fields. The room is furnished and has lovely big windows. It's available now for long-term rent.

The rent includes all the bills and a cleaner who comes once a fortnight. Deposit is 1 month’s rent.

*The Flat
All the usual amenities — a big living room with a large sofa and a projector, kitchen, two shower\toilet rooms and two washing machines, plus a tumble dryer. There’s also high-speed internet and room to store a bike.

*The Flatmates
We’re 7 in total, ages ranging from late 20’s to early 30’s, with a mix of jobs across creative and healthcare.

We get on well and like to hang out, so we’re looking for someone who’s the same — considerate, clean and sociable, but also gets that everyone needs their downtime. This isn’t a party house — more like a wine and film night kind of vibe. 

*The Area
We’re just off Mare street and super close to London Fields\Broadway Market and Victoria Park, so there’s loads going on nearby.

7 min walk to London Fields Overground 
10 min bus to Bethnal Green Tube 
5 min bus to Hackney Central Overground
